San Antonio Airport Terminal A

San Antonio Airport Terminal A stands for the largest concourse in San Antonio Airport, counting with 17 boarding gates.

Please note that all international services in SAT Airport operate in Terminal A.

Nowadays, eight airlines serve Terminal A, using 15 of the 17 boarding gates.  


Ground level

This is the Arrivals area.

Find here customs and immigration along with the baggage claim area, information desks and airline baggage offices.

First level

This is the Departures area.

Ticket counters and security check for Terminal A is slightly separated from the one of Terminal B.

Services: Food, drink and retail concessions.

Boarding gates: A1 to A17.

Also in this level there is a Federal inspection facility, which was opened in 2017.

Find in the security area Avatar kiosks projection information in English and Spanish. Those are located at the boarding area and at the pre-check lines.

Transfer between terminals

Transferring between terminals turns to be really easy, since Terminal A is located along with Terminal B under the same roof although both check-in counters and security control for Terminal A and Terminal B are located apart.
