Drivers have different parking options in San Antonio airport:
- Green Parking Lot
- Parking Garage Lot (Long-Term)
- Red Lot
There is a shuttle bus service that connects the parking lots with the terminals. The Green Lot has more than 1,600 parking spaces, the Parking Garage has more than 5,100 and the Red Lot has 550 parking spaces.
All drivers can park a maximum of 30 days.
There is a car rental area and a public parking under construction, it’s going to be opened soon. It will be next to both terminals, A and B.
In Arrivals Level, in front of the terminal, drivers can pick up passengers. In Departure Level, in front of the terminal, drivers can drop off passengers.
It is a free area located at the corner of the Highway 410/Airport Boulevard. To meet passengers, visitors can meet them at the curb for active loading. Vehicles must be attended during all the stay at the Cell Phone Lot.
There are disabled parking spaces reserved for all drivers with special needs or disabilities. All spaces are located in the closest part of the airport terminals.
There are more than 75 parking spaces atop the long-term garage that are shaded by 122 solar panels. On another hand, there are 2 spaces in the Long-Term parking for recharging autos located on the street level. The service is for free.
